The alps themselves answer the first question, the training environment is second to none, for an English athlete wanting to make gains in trail running, ultra-running or any form of cycling then the alps are within 6hrs of flying or even 12hrs of driving. Head into Chamonix and you will realise you are in a trail runner’s paradise. Drop down the valley by 20K and you are in touching distance of some amazing and regularly used tour de France cycling routes and climbs.

If it is just adventure or a break to refresh you are after then the mountains of the alps offer some of the best ways to relax and the best ways to have an adventure.

Choosing E3 means you will have all our years of experience working in and around Chamonix to make sure you have the most amazing experience whether it’s on a bike, running a trail or having a relaxing swim in an alpine lake, we have it covered. From your collection at Geneva airport to your welcome coffee or tea after your drive we will make you feel welcome and relaxed and ready to take on your Alpine adventure.

These camps will cover ultra distance, stage racing, trail running tecnique and vertical K running.

Tenerife Training Camps

Winter training on the island of Tenerife provides athletes with the opportunity to ride long climbs that are not found in the Uk and then to ride at altitude which helps the cyclist to improve, and many professional cycling teams choose Tenerife for their winter training destination for this reason.

E3Coach.com has been providing our athletes with expert, professional coaching on the island for six years. Our coaches will help you improve both your ascending and descending technique, as well as improving your overall fitness. Whatever speed you climb the mountain, fast or slow, you will achieve strength gains from the time spent on the long continual climbs.

With Tenerife being a cycling haven for professionals and amateurs alike it is also an ideal place for less experienced riders, as the locals are very ‘cyclist friendly’.

We have week long as well as weekend camps. Whichever you choose you will gain strength, fitness and confidence from our carefully planned training programmes.

Our flexible approach and dedication to the individual also allows us to include running, trail running and open water swimming into the programme if we are advised at time of booking that you require these additional disciplines
